Administrators take an active role in understanding and shaping their situation, viewing conflict as a struggle that expands far beyond the battlefield.
Trade Tradition
If this is this character’s first level in any class, the administrator may select a trade tradition of their choice, and have an adroit trade rank.
This replaces the commander’s normal class skills.
Blended Training
Whenever an administrator would gain a combat talent from their class level progression, they may choose to instead gain a skill talent. An administrator uses their practitioner modifier as their operative ability modifier.
This alters combat training.
Clear Communicator
At 1st level, the administrator gains the Warleader sphere as a bonus sphere, plus an additional Communication or Warleader talent at each odd level after 1st.
Allies benefitting from the administrator’s rapport are treated as though they were benefitting from the administrator’s Warleader sphere effects (such as determining when to benefit from an enhanced tactic or battlefield specialty).
This alters battlefield operator.
Special - Limited Archetype Compatibility: If another archetype alters battlefield operator, it may stack with this archetype (applying the new archetype’s modifications to battlefield operator first; for example, the marshal commander would require the 1st level talent be a (tactic), or the dreadlord commander would allow the administrator-dreadlord to select Communication, Death, or Warleader talents at each odd level after 1st). An archetype that replaces battlefield operator in a way that does not grant a talent every odd level is incompatible.
Administrator Enhanced Tactics
The administrator has unique and exclusive access to the following enhanced tactics:
Chain of Custody
The administrator gains the Communication sphere as a bonus sphere, selecting the Tandem Motorics (rapport) (Diamond Spheres: Harmony & Discord) talent if they do not already possess it. The administrator’s rapport may include Tandem Motorics as bonus (rapport) (in addition to any other (rapport) effects applied).
In addition, the administrator gains the following option:
- Soldier, Catch!: As a move action, the administrator grants an ally sharing their rapport a bonus move action to use Tandem Motorics.
Working Relationship
The administrator gains the Communication sphere Conversational Decorum talent as a bonus talent. While an ally can see or hear the administrator and shares a rapport with them, that ally may use the administrator’s Diplomacy, Intimidate, and Profession (soldier) bonuses in place of their own.
Special - Decorum: If the administrator possesses an archetype that alters the decorum feature, this enhanced tactic instead allows allies to use those skill’s bonuses.
